What comes with the transfer.

  • Your flight, followed by the office

    Give us the flight number and we track it. Land early or late, the chauffeur is at the exit when you come out.

  • 60 minutes of waiting, included

    At airports, ports and stations the chauffeur waits up to an hour after the landing time at no charge. At hotels and private addresses, 15 minutes.

  • Meet & Greet in arrivals

    The chauffeur waits after customs with your name or your company logo on a tablet, takes the luggage and walks you to the car.

  • Fixed price, tolls and parking included

    The quote covers motorway tolls and airport parking. Ferries, tunnels and train crossings are quoted separately, and always before you pay.

From the gate to the car, without a phone call.

You book online and choose the vehicle class. Before landing you receive the chauffeur's contact details. In arrivals you look for the tablet with your name, and the car is already parked in the short-stay area.

If the plane is late, the pick-up time moves with it. If the plane is early, the chauffeur is already there. Someone in the office answers before, during and after the journey.

Before you land

  • Flight number in the booking, so the office can follow it.
  • Name for the tablet: yours, the passenger's or the company's.
  • Child seats and boosters, free, added in the booking.

Do I need to tell you the terminal?

The flight number is enough: the office sees which terminal you land at and sends the chauffeur to the right exit. If you know the terminal already, add it to the notes.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing on your side. We follow the flight and move the pick-up time. The first 60 minutes after landing are included; beyond that, waiting is charged at the hourly rate of your vehicle, and we tell you before.

I have more luggage than the class allows.

Each class states the number of large pieces it carries safely. With more, book the next class up or a second vehicle: the chauffeur can refuse luggage that does not fit.

Can I cancel?

Free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up, from your account or through support. Closer than that, contact the office and we look at the best option together.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. The passenger's details go in the booking, yours as the payer. Confirmations reach the passenger, the receipt reaches you.
