How the hourly service works.

  • Two hours minimum

    The service starts at the pick-up time you chose and runs for the hours you booked. Every extra half hour is added at the hourly rate of your vehicle.

  • 20 km per hour included

    A four-hour booking covers 80 km. Beyond that, extra kilometres are charged and always announced before, so the price never surprises you.

  • Stops without limit

    Meetings, showrooms, a lunch: the chauffeur waits at every stop and the waiting is already in the price.

  • Extend on the day

    Need another hour? Tell the chauffeur or the office and the service continues at the same rate.

When do the hours start?

At the pick-up time in your booking. If you come out later, the hours still run from that time; if you finish early, the booked hours are still charged.

What if I drive more than 20 km per hour?

Extra kilometres are charged on top and the office tells you the amount before. For a long trip with a return, a transfer with extra hours is often cheaper: ask for a quote and we compare.

Can I change the itinerary during the day?

Yes, that is what the service is for. Tell the chauffeur where to go next. Big changes that add kilometres are priced as above.

Can I cancel or change the booking?

Free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. Closer than that, contact the office.
