Itineraries we drive often.

  • Lake Como, from Milan or Malpensa: Cernobbio, Tremezzo, Bellagio, with the ferry crossing arranged and the car waiting on the other side.
  • St. Moritz and the Engadin from Zurich or Milan, over the Maloja or Julier pass, with a stop at Silvaplana.
  • Zermatt from Geneva or Zurich: the chauffeur drives to Täsch, the shuttle train takes you the last stretch, and the car waits for the way back.
  • Lake Maggiore: Stresa, the Borromean Islands and Verbania, an hour from Malpensa.
  • Lugano and its lake, Morcote and Gandria, on a half-day from Milan.
  • Wine days in Franciacorta or the Langhe, with the chauffeur driving and nobody counting the glasses.

What a Blacklux tour includes.

  • Price agreed before departure

    One figure for the day: chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, tolls and parking. Ferries and mountain trains are quoted separately.

  • Stops and detours included

    You decide the stops on the way. The chauffeur waits at each one and the waiting is in the price.

  • A chauffeur, and a guide if you want one

    The chauffeur drives and suggests. For museums and old towns we add a licensed local guide on request.

  • Families welcome

    Child seats and boosters are free; a van keeps the pushchair and the skis in the boot.

How long is a tour?

As long as you decide. Most day tours run eight to ten hours from the hotel; a half day around Lugano or Como takes four to five.

Can we change the route on the day?

Yes. You tell the chauffeur where to go next. Changes that add a lot of kilometres are priced before, as in the hourly service.

Is the chauffeur a guide?

The chauffeur knows the roads and the places, and answers questions. For a licensed guide inside museums and villas we arrange one on request, at an extra cost shown in the quote.

Can we start from an airport?

Yes. The tour can begin with an airport pick-up and end at your hotel, or the other way round.
