Authorized accounts book without paying online: a six-digit code sent to the authorized contacts confirms the service, and it goes on the periodic invoice.

A dedicated chauffeur takes the envelope at your office and drives it straight to the recipient, without a warehouse and without other stops. You have a direct line to the chauffeur until delivery, and a photo of the protocol receipt on request.
Activation is by email: content description, pick-up address and contact, delivery address with office and person, deadline. For an urgent pick-up within the hour, send the email and call the office.

How do we get periodic invoicing?
Ask for a corporate account through the quote form, service Corporate Travel. The office registers the paying company and the authorized contacts; from then on the six-digit code confirms each service.
Can an authorized account still pay by card?
Yes. At the payment step you choose: card, PayPal or periodic invoicing. A service paid at once does not go on the periodic invoice.
Do you sign confidentiality agreements?
Yes, on request. Chauffeurs work under strict discretion rules, and NDA protocols are part of the diplomatic and executive service.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free up to 24 hours before the pick-up. For events with several vehicles the quote states its own terms.
