How early should we book for Davos?

As early as the programme is known. Vehicles for the Forum week go months ahead, and the mountain road limits the fleet that can work there.

How many people can you move at once?

Up to 14 in a minibus, 6 or 7 in a van, and several vehicles in a convoy. For larger numbers the office plans shifts and coaches through partners.

Can we change the schedule on the day?

Yes. The coordinator is reachable during the whole event and moves vehicles as the programme moves.

Do you invoice the whole event together?

Yes, one invoice for the organizer, or split by company if several sponsors pay.
