Where you meet
Tell us which exit you take. By default the chauffeur waits at the Swiss exit with the tablet; the French exit works the same way.

Your flight, followed
Give us the flight number. The office tracks it and the chauffeur is at the exit whether you land early or late.

60 minutes of waiting included
After the landing time the chauffeur waits up to an hour at no charge. Beyond that, the hourly rate of your vehicle applies, and we tell you before.

Fixed price before payment
Tolls and airport parking are in the quote. What you approve is what you pay.

Do you work during Art Basel and Baselworld?
Yes, and those are the weeks to book early. Hotels fill up and so do the vehicles: send the dates as soon as you have them.
What if my flight is delayed?
Nothing on your side. We follow the flight and move the pick-up. The first 60 minutes after landing are free.
Can I cancel?
Free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up, from your account. Closer than that, contact support.
Are child seats available?
Yes, free of charge, added in the second step of the booking. Write the child's age and weight in the notes.
