  • Where you meet

    Terminal 2 has halls A to G, Terminal 1 a single ring, Terminal 3 the low-cost carriers. The flight number tells the office which one, and the chauffeur is there with the tablet. At Le Bourget the pick-up is arranged with the handling agent.

  • Your flight, monitored by our team

    Share your flight number with us and we'll monitor it for you. Whether you land early or experience a delay, your chauffeur will be ready when you arrive.

  • 60 minutes at the airport, 15 at any other address

    At airports, ports and train stations, drivers wait up to 60 minutes in case of delays beyond the scheduled arrival time, at no extra charge. At hotels, offices and private addresses, 15 minutes of waiting are included. For extended delays, our team will assist you in finding the most suitable solution.

  • Fixed price before payment

    Tolls and airport parking are in the quote. What you approve is what you pay.

Which terminal will the chauffeur be at?

Give us the flight number and the office checks it. Terminal 2 alone has seven halls, several hundred metres apart: without the number the meeting point is a guess.

What if my flight is delayed?

At airports, ports and train stations, drivers wait up to 60 minutes in case of delays beyond the scheduled arrival time, at no extra charge. Can I cancel?

Free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up, from your account. Closer than that, contact support.

Are child seats available?

Yes, free of charge, added in the second step of the booking. Write the child's age and weight in the notes.
